Every coaching journey is tailored to your unique story and goals.
Hi, I’m Judy Hewitt
My passion for helping others was planted long before I became a coach. As a child, I watched my sister navigate the aftermath of an assault and felt the helplessness of not knowing how to help someone in pain. That experience planted a deep desire to one day be someone who could sit with others in their hardest moments and help them find their way forward.
Through my own healing journey, including emotional abuse, painful relational losses, and seasons where my literal voice and confidence were deeply affected, I came to understand how trauma shapes the body, spirit, and sense of self. I know what it feels like to be stuck, silenced, and unseen. And I bring that understanding into every conversation.
Today I am a Certified Mental Health Coach and Certified Communication Instructor, certified through the Abide Network and L.E.A.D. Consultants. I help women navigate life's challenges, strengthen their emotional wellbeing, and discover hope for the future.
"He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it."

Is coaching the same as counseling?
No. Coaching focuses on growth and forward movement. If clinical therapy is needed, appropriate referrals may be recommended.
Do I need to be a Christian?
No. While my coaching is grounded in Christian principles and draws from Scripture and faith, women from all backgrounds are genuinely welcome.
How do sessions take place?
Sessions are conducted virtually for convenience and accessibility.
Who do you work with?
I work primarily with women who are carrying the weight of trauma, abuse, relational pain, or emotional wounds and are ready to begin moving forward, but I also help teens.
